30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. To start a return, contact support@tcglovers.shop and include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping Is Free
TCGLOVERS pays the return-shipping cost for approved returns. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization.
Return Condition
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Sealed trading-card products and collectibles must remain unopened and factory sealed unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photographs of the item, shipping box, and label so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
