Free U.S. Shipping
TCGLOVERS offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered to valid addresses within the United States. We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States through our online checkout.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order handling: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping transit time: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery: approximately 6–10 business days from the order date.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, or an incorrect or incomplete address.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
Tracking information is emailed when an order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or appears lost or unusually delayed, contact support@tcglovers.shop with the order number, photographs, and any carrier details. Please retain the product and packaging while we review the claim.
